Return Policy
Requirements for Return:
- Customer must contact us at lhs@ladyhoopstore.com within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for Return (Unless based Internationally).
- Customer must send product back within 14 days of initial Return Request (Unless based Internationally).
- In order to successfully Return an item, the product must fall into one of these categories.
- Item is defective.

The wrong item or size was sent to customer (Fulfillment Issue).
- If a customer mistakenly selected the wrong size item, there will be NO refund. The customer will only be eligible to receive a replacement item in the correct size (Must be specified via email).
- If a customer mistakenly selected the wrong size needed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee before receiving the replacement item.
- Pictures are required to determine product status before Return can be processed.
- For products that were not delivered by the Carrier, you must contact the Carrier and file a claim. Once you have received the claim number, please contact us at lhs@ladyhoopstore.com so that we may follow up on the claim and continue the Return Process.
- Once a product is confirmed as delivered, Lady Hoopstore is NOT responsible for packages that were NOT successfully delivered by the Carrier. Lady Hoopstore will assist with the claim process in order to ensure customers receive their orders. However, if a Carrier determines they are not responsible for the claim, Lady Hoopstore is NOT liable for an incomplete delivery.
- Lady Hoopstore does NOT issue refunds for Buyer's Remorse.
- If a customer has successfully completed the Return Process, the customer will receive a replacement item as soon as possible and Lady Hoopstore will cover all shipping cost.
- The only way to be eligible for a refund is if the product selected is no longer available, or the return process has exceeded 60 days without a customer receiving a replacement item.
